How to order and pay
Step 1: Order your domain
Use the domain availability tool located on our home page or here to check availability of your domain.
Once you have found your desired available domain, proceed with the order process. At the end of the order process an invoice will be generated for your order.
The email address and password you provided during the order process will work as your username and password for your control panel located at My.DomainDokan.com. You will be able to manage your domain and billing from there.
If you wish to add funds to your account and then place an order, you can create an account without placing any order here. Resellers please sign-up here.
Step 2: Make cash deposit to our bank account
Make a cash deposit (invoiced amount or the amount you want to add on your account) to our bank account (at any branch):

The process of making a cash deposit is simple.
1. Visit any branch of the bank. You will find "cash deposit slips" located there. Fill them up with our account details given above.
2. Present the deposit slip along with the payment to the cash counter.
3. The bank will provide you with a receipt of the payment. That can be treated as money receipt of your payment.
Step 3: Inform us of the payment
After making the deposit please raise a ticket to billing department here with the following details:

Instruction to add funds/comments (if any):
If possible, please attach the scanned cash deposit form for faster processing of your payment.
Once the transaction gets verified with the bank, the fund will be added to your account and your order will get processed.
Note: Please keep your copy of the bank cash deposit form until your payment gets verified.
